Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are spacious and offer a charming view, but can be noisy due to the nearby smoking area. On the bright side, complimentary water is a nice touch. The service is good overall, but housekeeping could use a bit of improvement. The location is perfect for exploring Stratford, being very central and close to various attractions. Dining options vary from excellent choices to rather poor offerings. Facilities are decent, catering to basic needs.
Our stay was fantastic with a convenient location near Stratford for dinner plans. The room was a bit tight, and it would have been better with air-conditioning. However, the abundance of decaf coffee was appreciated.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished, with a comfy bed and even a great coffee machine with chilled milk in the fridge! I was impressed by the complimentary sherry, a luxurious touch I hadn't experienced before. The view overlooking the Guildhall was stunning, and the shower room with Templespa toiletries felt like a spa retreat.
